Rent: $1200/month for the whole apartment, including gas and water. I am seeking a room mate, so one room is available; I will share the rent with you.



The apartment is furnished. With beds in both bedrooms, sofa in the living room, book shelf in the living room, dinning table and chairs in the living room.



Roommate: me： female, PhD student in Business School first year.



Apartment: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 balcony.



There is a laundry in the same floor.

The apartment building has 4 or 5 floors (with elevator.), and the apartment is located in the 2nd floor.



You need about 6 min by bike to go to the nearest Metro station, from there; it is 3 stations to UM Metro station. Walking distance to dadeland mall shopping center. The exact address should be near 7707 Camino Real.

The Chinese student union has found this apartment for me on Friday, I love it, I have not signed the lease yet, I will sign it as soon as I find a roommate, ideally, and you should be:

我是今年UM的博士新生,女生,北京人,我上週五到的miami,UM中國學生會已經幫我找到一處apartment,我很滿意,在離UM有3站地鐵,房子離最近的地鐵站dadeland south騎自行車用6分鐘,距離約2km. 地鐵站dadeland south離地鐵站Univeristy of Miami只有3站。房子已經有傢俱,包括2張床（有床墊）,沙發,書架,餐桌,餐桌配的椅子大約6個.房子有一個廚房,1個客廳,2個bedroom,一個廁所.可步行到達dadeland mall，大約距離1km.房子的具體位址在7707 Camino Real附近。社區很安全,是4層(還是5層?)的一個樓,房子在第2層,有電梯,同層有洗衣間.我的email: annasuibarbie@gmail.com).但是,感興趣最好打我的電話:1-786-342-8350.房租兩間一共是1200元/月包括氣和水.我看了房子,但是還沒有室友,我想儘快找到室友然後就簽合同搬進去.
